• Digital Nature: You acknowledge that our courses are digital products. Access requires a compatible device, internet connection, and may require third-party software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud), for which you are responsible.
• Course Content: We strive for excellence, but course content is provided "as is." We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or content at any time to ensure our curriculum remains current and effective.
• License to Use: Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process.

• Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified at checkout. Full payment is required to access our courses or activate a subscription. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• Subscriptions: For subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Annual), you will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new course enrollments and subscription initiations. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

4. User Accounts and Conduct

You are required to create an account to enroll in our courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMO CUT AND ITS INSTRUCTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ENROLLMENT IN OUR COURSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR ENROLLMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE COURSE OR SUBSCRIPTION IN QUESTION.
